Head Of Ecommerce & Digital Experience (AK)
As the Director of E-Commerce, you should have in-depth E-Commerce experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web and multi-channel digital presence.
- Work with Sales & Customer Care teams to develop digital channels / develop new digital capabilities
- Drive digital transformation into digital/omni channels - Websites,Mobile,Apps, Payment portals/Kiosks, digital signage
- Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, regional and countries teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…)
- Ensuring Consistency / Standardisation of E-Commerce & E- Customer care across digital channels
- Ensure constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the Brand remains at the forefront of online players.
- Implement global best practices in E-Commerce -drive continuous learning
- Keep challenging the current organization and processes with benchmarks and explore new opportunities to implement
- Use strong Analytical skills - results driven & understanding of operations constraints (warehousing, sales, pricing) & merchandising calendars.
